Why we started

In 2024 we were running customer-facing agents at a payments company. They worked well in demos and failed quietly in production: a timeout on step nine, a tool that returned an empty list, a prompt change that fixed one case and broke forty others.

Every incident started the same way, with someone grepping logs to reconstruct what the model had seen. We built Norvane so that question always has an answer in one click.
